Tech Workers Still Looking For Immigration Change

Foreign tech workers object to immigration laws because green card applications take a long time.  These workers are working with Federal permits and are not sure whether they are staying or leaving.

American tech workers criticize the visa system for giving  65,000 visas to foreign workers every year.  Robert Hoffman, a vice president with business software company  says “They’re the smartest in their field, recognized as essential to the companies’ growth, yet this immigration system subjects them to second-class status “.
