September 26, 2011 –Latinos in Social Media (LATISM,) the first and largest organization of Latinos engaged in social media, is proud to announce Toyota as the official sponsor of the awards gala taking place during the LATISM ’11 Annual Conference. The LATISM ’11 awards gala, a night of celebration of best practices and optimal performance in social media, will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 6:00 pm CST at the picturesque Navy Pier in Chicago.
Toyota has experienced first-hand the reach of social media with the following their “Somos Muchos Latinos, Somos Muchos Toyota” viral campaign received in 2010. Joining LATISM as a key sponsor during the conference underscores the automaker’s commitment to celebrating the many contributions Latinos have made to their community by utilizing social media.
