Helen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, she is an expert in women’s health issues and the CEO of Reinventing You LLC. She brings great hopes to inspire other people to live healthier lives.

Lisa Quiñones-Fontanez’s is the creator of Autism Wonderland, began as a class assignment in graduate school and grew into something much bigger. She discusses parenting a son who was diagnosed with Autism and writes about all the specifics that go right along with it.

Laura Tellado, created the blog Holdin’ Out For A Hero.  Laura lives with Spina Bifida, a condition she chose to spotlight in her blog.
