Researchers: We can hack an iPhone through the charger


Privacy on the internet is limited and users are vulnerable to malicious cyber attacks.  Cell phones are private devices of communication and as popular as iPhone and iPads are no one wants to be the next target.  Researchers from Georgia tech have recently found that there is a way to hack into an iPhone or iPad in less than a minute using a “malicious charger.”

Although apple has attempted to create a safe environment,  the attacks have been made in a nontraditional way.  The team was successful in injecting an arbitrary software into current-generation Apple devices running the latest operating system (OS) software.  Unfortunately, everyone was affected and the device was not jail broken.
