The U.S Economy is slowly getting better. More people are working and the recession is behind. About 146,000 jobs were added to the economy, retail employment increased by 53,000, healthcare added 20,000 jobs. Employment went up by about 12,000.
Construction and manufacturing jobs have decreased, these are the jobs that most of the Latinos make their living with. Latinos between the age of 18 and 29 have a higher unemployment rate. Their rate is at 12.9% of unemployment.
