It’s not easy being on a diet, but staying on track is a good way to celebrate.

Between Thanksgiving and New Year’s most people gain a few pounds. According to experts, there are a few tricks to prevent the weight gain.

Alison Victor, who’s getting married said, “There’s a lot of temptation. It’s really hard to not have that cookie or that piece of pie.”

Nutritionist, Robin Kaiden advice that instead of eating a little bit of everything, he suggest to pick up a few favorites.
