The Hispanic population is expected to shift in California and it is right around the corner. California is expected to have a shift in population from white to Hispanic, the first time since California became a state in 1850.
Could this increase in the Latino population mean that the market will grow with jobs?
It is expected that by 2030, Latinos will be by far the largest group in the workforce, age of 25 to 64, with 9.6 million people, compared to 7.2 million whites and 3.1 million Asians. And by 2060, nearly half of all Californians will be Latinos.
The public has a view of Californians as group of workers but what they are overseeing Latinos as fastest-growing segment of business owners.
