1/28 and 1/30: LATISM Invites You To White House Hispanic Action Summits in Phoenix and Tucson, AZ

As part of our ongoing effort to serve as a platform for our community to communicate directly with Administration officials, LATISM invites you to TWO important events going on tomorrow, Saturday January 28th, and Monday, January 30th, 2012.

The White House Hispanic Community Action Summit will make two stops in ARIZONA, which will be accompanied by a Tweetchat with senior Obama Administration officials from diverse policy areas about the state of Latino affairs in the state, and to brainstorm with the community in search for solutions to issues critical to the Hispanic community, Arizona, and the nation.

Details for both events are free and open to the public. Schedule is as follows:

FIRST EVENT – PHOENIX, AZ (in collaboration with Arizona State University):

    Let’s hope the DREAM Act gets major play for this electorial year and that Latinos need to get out and vote.  Eliminemos no ser escuchados.  Hope the pics show how much AZ cares
